FAQs What is a reservation? A reservation secures your place in our next production run. One of our team will reach out to you when the production run is set to convert your reservation to an actual order. Your reservation fee will be credited toward your order or be refunded if you aren’t able to proceed with an order when contacted. A reservation is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery. How much does it cost to reserve a LyteHorse? You can reserve either LyteHorse model for $100.00. What steps are required to complete my reservation? Click the “Reserve Now” button and choose your model (either the LyteHorse LH4 four-wheel drive or the LyteHorse LH2 two-wheel drive). Click the “Reserve with Credit Card” button. You’ll notice your chosen LyteHorse model has been added to your shopping cart. Click the shopping cart icon to review then click “Proceed to checkout”. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. Can I make changes to my reservation? You will be able to make changes and complete your LyteHorse configuration at the time you place your order.* Is my reservation refundable? Yes. The reservation fee is refunded if you cancel your reservation. Just email your cancelation request to firstname.lastname@example.org Can I cancel my reservation? Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund. * You can do this by sending us an email. After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment. How many reservations can I make and can I transfer my reservation? You can make as many as two reservations. Each reservation is assigned to you and cannot be transferred. Will my reservation be fulfilled in the order in which it was placed? Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order as received. Final configuration and supply chain constraints may cause specific delays. All reservations will be completed before the next production run closes. When can I order my LyteHorse? You will be notified prior to the close of the production run you are in to configure and finalize your order. What happens to the reservation deposit once I order? Your reservation fee will be credited towards your order. When can I take delivery of my LyteHorse? Once you have been contacted and have configured your LyteHorse an estimated delivery date will be provided. Actual delivery times may vary based on the LyteHorse model and configuration selected. You will receive status updates prior to shipping. In what countries can I get a LyteHorse? Currently, LyteHorse ships to continental North America addresses only. Where are you located? LyteHorse Labs is a Canadian company located in Regina, Saskatchewan. LyteHorse has a manufacturing partner in Detroit, Michigan. How can I become a dealer and/or distributor?
