What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Can I cancel my reservation?

Absolutely. You may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund.* You can do this by sending us an email. After canceling, please allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your credit card.

Will my reservation be fulfilled in the order in which it was placed?

Reservations will be fulfilled in the same order as received. Final configuration and supply chain challenges may cause specific delays. All reserved machines will have the highest priority.
