You will be able to make changes and complete your LyteHorse configuration at the time you place your order.*

Yes. The reservation fee is refunded if you cancel your reservation. Just email your cancelation request to ridehigher@lytehorse.com

Absolutely. You may cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund.* You can do this by sending us an email. After canceling, please allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your credit card.

You can make as many as two reservations. If you wish to reserve more than two, please contact us at ridehigher@lytehorse.com.

Reservations will be fulfilled in the same order as received. Final configuration and supply chain challenges may cause specific delays. All reserved machines will have the highest priority.

We’ll reach out to you close to the start of the production run you are in to configure and finalize your order. It’s important you raise your hand if you want a LyteHorse by first reserving your spot in a production run.
